PowerSchool

PowerSchool is tool for you and your scholar to track academic progress from any location that has internet access. If you do not have internet access, the public library has computers open to access your scholar's records. Please keep your passwords confidential so only you can access the information.

 

The Grades and Attendance tab will allow you to check current percentage grade, assignments and scores. By clicking on the blue percentage grade to the right of the course name, you will be taken to the manager's gradebook to evaluate your scholar's  individual assignments and scores. The Grades History tab will show you the grades your scholar received in previous grading periods. The Comments tab is used to access current manager comments for Daniel.

Click on "Create Account" - A parent/guardian account allows you to view the information for one or more scholars with a single login and manage your account preferences.
To create a parent/guardian account, enter the following information:
• Name - Your first and last name.
• Email - Scholar notifications and correspondence requested in your parent/guardian account will be sent to this email.
• Desired User Name - Your user name is your unique PowerSchool identity.
• Password - Your password must be at least 6 characters long.
• Scholar Access Information - Information for a minimum of one scholar, including the scholar name, Access ID, Access Password, and your relationship to the scholar. (the scholar Access ID and Access password will be given to you from the register's office)

 

After you have accessed your account through a computer/laptop, you will then be able to download the app to your phone for easier access.
