Science the week of October 3-5, 2022

Well, Hello October! The weather is changing and the balloons are all up and out! This week we have class Monday-Wednesday, followed by our Fall Break for Thursday and Friday (no school), let's roll! 🍂
  • Atoms, the building block of life as we know it. We will be learning all about the history of the atomic model over the years and how we come to learn so much about one of the tiniest part of life. Assignment: Atomic Theory Timeline: due Wednesday 10/5
  • Atoms and molecules on Tuesday, now we get bigger and start to "build" from our atoms lesson. Joke time: What did the molecule say to the atom after he got in trouble? I’ve got my ion you. 😜
  • Wednesday work day for your science fair project. Be sure to be prepared to work on your project, make a goal of finalizing your idea and get approval to begin experimenting. Can't just sit there because your experiment is "at home", there is always something to do. 👍
**If you are at home learning, be sure to check Google Classroom daily as I post everything there. Email if you have questions and follow up when you return to school.
