2023 Summer School
Time: 8:00-12:00 pm every day for all courses EXCEPT P.E. (P.E. 8:00-2:00)
Location: On-campus at the ASK Academy
Summer School will begin at 8:00 May 30th-June 9th. Your scholar’s course must be completed by 2:00 pm Friday, June 9th No refunds will be given for incomplete or dropped courses. Success in summer school will depend on the scholar’s ability to work diligently on their own AND while on campus. One course may be taken at a time. Upon completion of one course, your scholar may begin a second course for an additional fee if time allows. Edgenuity courses are available for credit recovery in English, math, science, or social studies.
Please note - The Edgenuity course does not meet credit requirements for NCAA Scholarships.
Cost to attend Summer School Programs is $150.00 per ½ Credit hour. ( P.E.is a full credit = $300)
Attendance is mandatory, one absence will constitute being dropped from the program, credit will not be awarded, and the fee will not be refunded.
High School Summer School PE Opportunity
The ASK Academy will be offering a summer school opportunity to earn 1 full credit for PE which is required for graduation. This class cannot be taken with any other summer courses. (There are plans for there to be a high school PE class within the school day next year).
Date: May 12, 2022 is the last day to register for PE **Will begin on Edgenuity**
**The course is started earlier due to the amount of work due by the end of summer school. It is a full credit course whereas most other classes being offered are only ½ credit.
**In-Person Summer School P.E. will be mandatory: May 30th-June 9th
Time: 8:00 am-2:00 pm (Bring Snacks, water, and Lunch)
Additional Time: 30 hours of exercise log outside of the summer school
